• Rolling Corporate Matching: Beyond the first 20, additional blocks of 5 grants ($500 blocks) unlock continuously as local corporate sponsorships clear.

2. how to get reimbursed

1. Confirm PTA Membership: Ensure you are registered under the 2026–2027 $15 Teacher/Staff tier.

2. Make Your Classroom Purchase: Buy your instructional supplies or materials (save the legible, itemized receipts).

3. Complete the Reimbursement Form: Download the editable Google Doc or PDF below. Enter your expense summary and paste/attach your receipt screenshot.

4. Submit for Processing: Email the finished file to board@mcnairespta.org or drop the printed copy in the PTA mailbox in the front office. Reimbursed checks can be placed directly in your school mailbox or mailed to your personal address.

3. Important Policy Reminders (Virginia PTA Compliance)

• Reimbursement Only: Virginia PTA strictly prohibits cash advances; purchases must be made out-of-pocket first.

• 45-Day Deadline: Submissions must occur within 45 days of purchase (and no later than June 15th for fiscal year closeout).

• Itemized Proof Required: Store receipts must clearly show items purchased, purchase date, and total paid.

• Check Expiration: PTA checks become void 90 days after issuance.
