Naming Convention - All submissions should have following naming convention for artwork file name and student entry forms to qualify for judging:
(1) for the actual entry artwork files:
Student lastname.firstname.school.category.age division."artwork"
ex: Smith.Linda.HayfieldSS.visualarts.highschool.artwork
(2) for the student entry forms:
student last name.first name.school.category.age division."entryform"
ex: Smith.Julie.Orange Hunt ES.literature.intermediate.entryform

Submissions and entry forms must follow the category rules as specified in the Program Rules
Program guidelines mandate disqualifying the submissions that do not follow the program rules.
Important Dates
Important Dates
Submission Deadline: The deadline for submission of artwork along with entry forms is Nov 14, 2025
Qualify Submissions: Reflections committee will review submissions by arts category and rules and qualify them for being reviewed by judges.
Review Submissions: A team of judges will be reviewing the qualified submissions and score them accordingly by Dec 10th, 2025
